Habits

Most of us probably have more bad habits, then good.  These are the things that we do often without thinking.  And often we just fall into them.  But instead of picking them up randomly like a guy in orange overalls on the side of freeman collecting trash, why not make a conscious decision on building the good ones, and eliminate the bad?

Here are some that I’ve done:

  1. Exercise
  2. Write
  3. Read

I’ve found these things help me become sharper both mentally and physically.  It may be hard to get started.  So start easy with baby steps, and then expand.
